Animal rescue

Rody ResQ

The brief
An accessible introduction to the animal rescue organisation and dog adoption.
My work
Design and development, with adoption information, contact details and space for donations and sponsorship.
The website
The mission and practical information in one place, with clear routes towards adoption or support.

A warm heart for animals deserves a caring online presence. Rody ResQ is a non-profit organisation dedicated to rescuing and rehoming dogs in need, with a focus on animal welfare and finding a safe home.

For this organisation, I built an accessible website that puts its mission first. Visitors can find adoption requirements and practical advice, and meet the dogs looking for a new home through Facebook.

Donations and sponsorship also have a clear place, as this support is essential to Rody ResQ's work. The website brings the key information together and guides visitors towards adoption, contact or a contribution to the organisation.

KITCHEN STORE · DEMO 2

Kook & Ko

Kook & Ko brings a welcoming kitchen store to life in a clearly organised online shop. This fictional demo shows what Webglobe can build for your business, from the first product visit to tracking an order.

Visitors can explore the collection, create their own customer account and try the cart and checkout with Mollie in test mode. Promotions, discount codes and an adjustable free-shipping threshold show how a shop can support your sales approach. The store can also be installed as a web app.

Behind the scenes, admins and power users manage customers, orders, backorders and returns. Customers receive email updates and follow their order in their dashboard. Useful PostNL features are demonstrated with sandbox test labels, simulated shipping statuses and fictional track and trace. You can choose home delivery or a fictional pickup point; no real parcels are sent.

The demo is a starting point for your own store. Payment integrations with Mollie or Stripe, shipping, customer management and other connections can be tailored to what your business needs.

INTERACTIVE STORE DEMO

Freq forge

Freq Forge shows how a distinctive brand and an easy-to-use online shop can work together. This fictional audio store is an interactive demo of what Webglobe can do for your business.

Explore the audio products, read their details and try the shopping cart and your own customer account. The dark design and bold accents suit the world of music and digital effects. An installable web app and a personal dashboard are also part of the experience.

The demo uses Mollie test payments, alongside order confirmations and digital download management. No real purchases are made: you can explore the possibilities of a custom online shop.

For your business, I tailor the design, payment options and management tools to your products. If you sell physical goods, useful PostNL features can be added too. The second demo, Kook & Ko, shows an example of that shipping flow.

Vintage guitars

Play Old Stay Young

Quality instruments with a history deserve a website that brings their character to life. Play Old Stay Young offers vintage guitars and amplifiers, each with its own story, sound and appearance.

For the website and its online shop, I translated that identity into a stylish, clean design. The look captures the spirit of vintage guitars and amps, with a clear layout that puts the instruments at the centre. The collection has room to shine and visitors can easily find their way around.

The result brings character and ease of use together: a place to discover exceptional instruments, take a closer look and learn their stories.

Charity furniture

Ellis in Wonderland

Old furniture gets a new story at Ellis in Wonderland. A passion for creating transforms forgotten cabinets and vintage pieces by hand into unique furniture full of colour and character.

For this personal project, I built a website that reflects the creative, fairy-tale atmosphere of Ellis in Wonderland. Large images, warm tones and playful details bring the world behind the furniture to life. Visitors discover the projects, get a glimpse of the before-and-after transformations and can easily find the furniture collection and contact information.

A love of animals is also part of the story. On request, Ellis in Wonderland restores furniture for recognised animal shelters and other animal organisations. They can then sell or auction the pieces themselves, with all proceeds going to their work with animals.

The website brings craftsmanship, reuse and care together, leaving room for both the furniture and the story behind it.
